The Area is located in the green forest about 3 km from the town of Civitacampomarano. Great location for nature lovers and rest. About 800 m above sea level managed by the municipality, free of charge, has 10 Camper Plots available and is about 6 km from the Old Town.

About 3 km away, it is possible to visit the Angevin Castle.

Civitacampomarano is a tiny village, barely inhabited by 600 people. The main monument in this village is the Angevin Castle, which dates back to 1300 and is protected by 4 perfectly preserved towers. Inside you can see a medieval fountain, lords’ chambers and dungeons in the basement.
Throughout the year there are several events you can participate in: the “Street Art Festival” held in April, “Balconies in Bloom” in July, and “Castles of Author,” also in July.
One of the most popular festivals, however, is the cavatelli festival, which takes place in August in the beautiful Town Hall Square, where one can enjoy other Molise specialties in addition to cavatelli.
