The Staging Area
The Marotta RV parking area in the municipality of Mondolfo is located on the South Cristoforo Colombo seafront promenade. Within a radius of 200 meters are the first stores, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, tobacconist, pizzerias, etc.
The parking area is fenced and guarded, comfortably accommodates 75 RVs with electrical hookups, possibility of using awnings, tables and chairs. The area has potable water, fixed and toilet cisterns, hot and cold showers, sinks for dishes and small laundry.
The accommodation facility is managed by “Camper Club the Woodpecker.”
Opening hours are from 8 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and it is open from April 15 to September 30.

Today Marotta has been repeatedly recognized by the FEE as a European Blue Flag.
The Club activates agreements with restaurants for local seafood specialties, including take-out.
It also organizes itineraries, including guided tours to discover the historical architectural, eno-gastronomic beauties of the area.
In front of the area you can buy freshly caught fish from local sailors.
